Вот详细description, technical specifications, part numbers and compatible modules for the Allen‑Bradley 1771-KE module.
1. Description
The Allen‑Bradley 1771‑KE is a single‑axis basic resolver module designed for the PLC‑5 family (1771 I/O chassis). It interfaces directly with resolver transducers to measure absolute angular position or linear displacement. The module provides 12‑bit resolution (4096 counts per revolution / “Word” output) and integrates with the 1771 backplane using block transfer (BTR/BTW) data transfer.
Key functional features:
- Converts resolver sine/cosine signals (traditional 4‑wire) absolute shaft position
- Self‑calibration and diagnostic checks (open/short detection, internal micro‑processor)
- Supports a 2‑/4‑speed resolver (pole pair ratio 1:1, 1:2, etc.)
- BTR (Block Transfer Read) carries measured position / status words once per scan
- Available analog output (0‑10 V, 4‑20 mA) not present; purely resolver‑to‑digital data
- Series D (latest version) includes improved electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection
All standard 1771 modules float on the 1771‑backplane +5 V / +15 V / –15 V. The unit fits one full slot.
